We hope you will join us for the Ostrander Family Association 2026 reunion. This site was selected due to it's vast genealogical resources housed at the Fort Wayne Allen County Library. Having home base at the Hyatt Place Fort Wayne Northwest and the Fort Wayne Allen County Library, you will be near sites of interest to the Ostrander family such as the Old Fort and Museums.
This is your opportunity to meet and get to know your other descendants (cousins) of Pieter 2 Pietersen, progenitor of Ostranders worldwide. Hear about the involvement of the Ostranders during the Revolutionary War, Lt. Philip Ostrander during the time of the war of 1812 in Fort Wayne and DNA basics. Additionally, you will be introduced to the new home for our private research database with Ancestry (ancestry.com) which will have available all the additional research learned since the printing of the Ostrander big book printed in 1995.

Now is the time to plan your trip!
1. Invite your Ostrander relatives (close and distant) to join you for the reunion and perhaps add in some additional days to explore the historic and scenic Fort Wayne area, do some genealogical research in the heart of city even take a trip to surrounding areas for a show, concert, sightseeing and interesting dining. So much to do... so little time!
2. Register for the reunion online. https://ofai.wildapricot.org/event-6604070 To reserve a spot for yourself and those who will accompany you visit the Ostrander Family website at https://ostrander.org and click on the 2026 Family Reunion link in the upper right corner. From the reunion page, click on the Register Here button. The member price is $120 and the non-member price is $150. A guest registration needs to be completed for each additional guests attending by scrolling to the bottom of your registration page. If you prefer to pay for your registration by check, please make it payable to the Ostrander Family Association and mail it along with the registration form in the enclosed brochure to OFA, c/o Dawn Hampsey, 2480 Browncroft Blvd Suite 109, Rochester, NY 14625.
Along with reunion program materials, registration includes a welcome package, a luncheon, mid-day refreshments, a dinner and a tour of the genealogy section provided by the Allen County Library.
Note: Should your plans change, you may cancel your registration at any time and you will receive a 100% refund for cancellations on or before July 1 st. Thereafter refunds will be made on a case-by case basis.

To receive discount pricing of $114 + 15% tax per night, you must register by July 5th. You can register online by clicking the link on the OFA reunion page or you can call the hotel directly at (260) 471-8522. Group code: G-OF26. Our programs begin on Sunday evening, July 26th. Check-in is after 3:00pm. Our programming ends Tuesday evening on July 28th . Hotel check-out time is 12:00pm. Wednesday, July 29th.
Your hotel reservation includes complimentary breakfast. The hotel also has high speed internet service, mini fridge, an indoor swimming pool and fitness room and free parking.
